3. Location Access and App Tracking Transparency
TenTrucks does not track users' personal information across apps or websites.
- Location access is only requested when a driver actively begins a load by clicking "Begin Process."
- When a driver starts a load, Apple’s system prompts alocation permission requestto allow real-time load tracking.
- Once a load is completed, location tracking automatically stops
- We do not track, collect, or store location data when the driver is not actively on a load.
- Users can control location access at any time via their device settings.
Because TenTrucksdoes not track user activity across third-party apps or websites,we do not use Apple’sApp Tracking Transparency (ATT) frameworkfor tracking purposes.
4. Advertising and Website Analytics
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
