The main driving-hour limits, in plain words
These hours of service regulations apply to US truck drivers hauling freight across state lines. The limits stack, so a driver can run out of one while another still has time left.

What TenTrucks doesn't do
The clocks don't add the 2 extra hours for adverse driving conditions, the weekly 16-hour day for local drivers or well-site waiting. Those are saved on the log as notes, and the clocks still count to the normal limits.
TenTrucks doesn't measure distance for the short-haul exemption (within 150 air miles of the yard and back within 14 hours) or decide which days qualify. There is no rule set for northern Canada. Remaining hours don't show on the TenTrucks dispatch board, so dispatchers check the ELD dashboard.
