Shipping & Returns
How we ship TenTrucks ELD devices and cables, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
Shipping
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping, so 3 to 6 business days in total.
- Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders of $100 or less ship for $9.99.
Returns
- All sales are final once an order ships. We don't accept returns of ELD devices or cables.
- Why: an ELD records engine events from the first time it's plugged in, so a returned device can't be sent to another customer as new.
- Not sure which device or cable fits your truck? Send us the year, make and model before you order and we'll confirm.
- To cancel an order, contact us before it ships.
Defective or damaged items
- If a device or cable arrives damaged or doesn't work, tell us within 30 days of delivery.
- We replace it free of charge and cover the shipping.
- Replacement is an exchange for the same item, not a refund.
Free device on a 1‑year contract
- On a 1-year contract, the ELD device and cable are free and the ELD service is $29 per truck per month.
- If you end the contract before 12 months, you pay the remaining months of the contract.
